The advisers work with people one on one to make a plan that suits your circumstances. They take the time to listen to your story and then support you with resources and information to manage your finances. They can adapt the resources to your needs, eg less information on the page, to help you take the information in better. Let them know you are dyslexic so they can start to do this.
